Well that was appaling from the 5th minute till the last. Apart from the 3 defenders they produced absolutely nothing against a very average Spirites
Roos what an absolutely embarrasment. We need to get rid this weekend not wait till the _s even if it means a youngster in, cant do any worse.
Midfield was lacking anything fro tackling to passing to positioning.Wing backs, recieve turn turn again then back then stand stii and no end product whatsoever when the did cross it. Whats happened to Jodey, seems to have lost all fitness, pace ability to beat a man so sad to see. Grant harried and chased as always but dosent have any end product.
Strikers the less said the better. Not a lot of service but they need to make the runs into space, they need to be able to head a ball, they need to hold up play but nothing at all.
Listening to MP afterwards it seems he only wants players to run and chase and be bullys, if they dont do that we lose.We have been lucky the las few weeks to a certain extent and one or two good games but on average are we much better than the top 10 thats the question.
This game could make or break them players who are looking over there shoulders at the transfer window to see if they are out or in.
Happy to be were we are in the league but oh dear we have to be better over and above the battling side of our game which is bread and butter to the teams in this league.
Sorry I cant see beyond a defeat of 2-0.
Maggie has gone with a 3-3 draw, goodness knows what he would thought of it let alone the cricket.

The Chesterfield was a very weak performance from us. If we believe that there is only so many top performances to be had through a season I hope that also applies to weak performances. Then we would have one of them out of our way now. A fresh start against MK Dons, I hope. Notts to win with 3-1.
