its friday evening and not sure were Maggie is so thought i would start the new season off.

A whole new defence and a goalkeeper, what can go wrong.

On paper a steady few signings and can only be an upgrade on last years players. Still think we need a few in to create competition but must be an upgrade on what we have.

Macca gone and no surprise but we hve managed to hold on to Crowley and Jones which is positive news.It remains to be seen if the tinkerman plays him where he can hurt teams or waste him on the right with Nemane.

Hoping for a better start than last season not difficult i suppose.

Sticking my neck out for a 2-1 win.

It's good to be back.
My summer has been a very good one, thank you.
The pre-season we have had has been unimpressive when it comes to the results.
I am not sure what to expect this season.
We are aiming for promotion, we said that last season too.
My predictions are generally bad.
You picked a good one, Senor Fred.
I will stick my meck out too then and say that we will take this one by 2-0.

Welcome back to the rollercoaster ride that is Notts County.

Nemane going, to me, is no loss. Good when he wanted to be but sadly nowhere near often enough. I found him very frustrating!

So, what can we expect this season? Easy answer- promotion!
Will the team manage it? I think so!

We have a far stronger squad (apart from Macca gone) Defence needsgetting settled as in preseason they are still conceding for fun. On the other hand, the attack seems ok & scoring regularly.

Think this match will end 2-2 but watch out for the Magpies to soar as the season progresses!
