Thanks must go to NZ Fred for holding the fort in my absence. I am now back from the heat of Havana to the blowing chill of Blighty.

I watched like I am sure you did, the horror show of defensive errors against Shrewsbury, they were watched apparently by over 7 million people worldwide.

How embarrassing.

I listened to Luke post-match, and he was a deflated man, mistakes were costly, keep happening etc.

I also heard Cameron last night on how they all must concentrate more...REALLY!!

I can see if this carries on, additions will have to be made in January, Baldwin and co know they have 23 days to put it right, starting on Saturday.

I do expect a clean sheet, Walsall couldn't even score against Alfreton so that is a start for us.

It would be nice for Macca to get a hat-trick this Saturday, Foxie and I, train strikes etc permitting, will be there.

I'm going for a 3-0 home win...

Ps I must add a Ps...I watched Fulham the other night against that lot from south of the Trent, oh it was a joy to view. With a bit of luck, they could go down this season whilst we hopefully go up.

I did not listen in on the Shrewsbury game.
Maybe that was a blessing according to what you write Maggie.
Wallsall is a team I know very little about.
I will hope for a win, obviously.
With the frail defence of our's I will nip in with a 3-1 win to Notts.

My pleasure Maggie no worries but was beginning to get writers cramp ahah

I too hope they go down but there are a rabble of a mess of teams down there and think they will nick in worse luck.

I listened to the match and it sounded shocking and by golly it was when I saw the goals. We were patchy last season but this time we are shocking.

Hopefully they are concerned about there places in the team so expect us to go back to Macari, Baldwin and hopefully Chicks but feel he will stick with Cameron.

I'm going bold and another hoodoo we need to break so a 5-0 win for the pies

"Walsall can't score", sure to put a kybosh on that then so how many will they manage against Notts after filing against Alfreton (could show that Alfreton have a better defence than County, which is not too difficult)
Seem to remember a few sides who aren't exactly prolific until they play the Magpies, so, as always, can we outscore the opposition?

3-2 win as i'm reluctant to predict a high scoring loss :/
