At 5 o'clock Saturday we will be one point behind Wrexham.
At about 8.25pm when Boreham Wood have managed to draw away to Wrexham, we will be two points behind going into the last match meaning Wrexham will have to beat relegation threatened Torquay to win the title.
We'll beat Maidstone 6-0, boosting our goal difference and thus heaping all the pressure on the Welshman.
Can you imagine it??
The last match of the season, Torquay need a point to stay up, Wrexham are 1-0 up, the Gulls grab a late corner in the 98th minute, the goalie goes up into the box, he causes mayhem, five players are trying to mark him, the corner kick is taken...the ball flies directly into the goal through Foster's hands.
Meadow Lane erupts as the news comes through...people are on the pitch...they think it's all over. The whistle is blown at Plainmoor, it is now.
Notts are back in the Football League, Wrexham unbelievably head for the play-offs...
Foxie bounds onto the pitch and jumps into Langstaff's arms, from Sweden to New Zealand, Notts fans are delirious.
I refuse to let the fat lady sing for us all from England to Sweden to the other side of the world the one with the long white cloud NZ. I have pretty much the same dream Maggie except after multi reports in the papers that Rectum were about to regain there league status they lose in the semis to Bromley. Just think of the headlines and the series they are doing!!!!
For me a 5-0 win on the cards and a boost to the morale and the goal difference.
Regards to all from a very wet last few days in NZ NZ FRED
We are superior to all of the other teams in the division so we need to just keep up the momentum. I'm thinking that if we do, we can cruise through the play-offs. I'm booking my hotel in London early though. Notts today 2-0
