I was there and we really should have been 3-1 up at half-time. |
The goal seemed to knock the stuffing out of us and we didn't play with the same zest in the second half.
The old duffer Slater said on radio Red after the match if we don't sign a recognised goalscorer in January we will get relegated, jeez that was Slater who always sits on the fence.
Of course the old duffer is right in this case.
I see that other old duffer J Porlock has deserted the sinking ship, nowhere to be seen for the last two home matches and I travel 300 miles round trip.
Bloody glory hunters, he was happy enough when we were getting promoted now like the rest of the prawn sandwich brigade doesn't want to know. shameful behaivour, always knew he was a Quisling, he had those narrow eyes that were only an eighth of an inch apart. What really gave him away was his right arm, it used to twitch up wards everytime Notts attacked.
