Well...who saw that coming?

A long-awaited win with a decent goal difference.

I cannot say it was like the old Notts by any stretch of the imagination, some of the decision making was very poor and Shrewsbury were a side you would like to play every week they were that bad, saying that, the marking for their goal, the cross and the challenge for the header by us was dreadful.

Bromley will be a different kettle of fish and a much better test of our resolve. If we beat the Ravens then possibly the manager's ideas are getting through to the players but at the moment, we look top heavy on loanees.

Talking of which, of course Jatta is back, let's hope he's managed to channel all his aggression into his football this season. Because he went right off the boil in the last third of 24/25.
