thee is talk of the york boss but cant remeber his name, maybe its time to spend a bit extra and get somebody like Buckingham (was at oxford with Rodders) I think his name is seems tactically astute but surely looking at a higher league club.

We need someone who can get to grips with the players and shake them up a bit.
