Well it seems we're back to our best. It has been coming, the second half against Carlisle followed by a ruthless performance against 10 man Newport who they apparently brushed aside. Then to cap it all, according to Master Stallard, the most professional attacking performance he has ever seen by a Notts side, and that against a team one league above us.

So all this augers well for Saturday, and points to an away win. It's amazing to see two mid 30 year old footballers do all the donkey work up front which allows the young Turks in midfield to take all the glory by getting the goals.

What a master plan by King Kev, who needs a 20 goal striker?
