a) They messed up my membership & bumped me out of the top tier. I was messaging back & forth with them for several hours last night & again this mornng starting at 7:30. We didn't get it "fixed" until less than 20 minutes before the sale started.

b) Once I got into the "waiting room," you're randomly assigned a spot in the waiting queue & my spot had a wait time of 20 minutes which meant there were a LOT of people in front of me!

c) Finally made it thru the queue, selected my seats. And the system hiccupped and thew my seats out!!!

d) Got new seats (2 rows back from the ones I had first - grrrr!) and finally made it thru the checkout process.

e) Went to put it ont he calendar & realized it's the same day as the Wounded Warrior hunt that I volunteer with. CRAP!!!! Oh well, I can meal prep the Thanksgiving dinner for the warriors the day before & send it with one of the other ladies.

f) Called my dog sitter & booked her for that night. At least that went smoothly!

g) Now I'm researching hotels along my friend's route to & from the arena. I'm in central KY, she lives in Southern Indiana, and the concert is in Cincinnati. There's no good way for me to get home that night that doesn't involve me driving a substantial distance in heavy traffic with cataracts. SO.... my goal is to find a hotel along her route & I can drive up early, she can pick me up along the way and then drop me off on her way home, and I'll drive back the next day...

And at this point, I may or may not have a shot of bourbon sitting in front of me!!!!! I am BEYOND stressed!!!!

p.s. I'm going to try to clean John's TSO ballcap that he wore constantly & take it and a silver metallic marker thru the signing line after the show.
