I have been on long term disability, not jumping for joy to find another job just as I am. But yesterday, I went to Staples and faxed a complete copy on my new medical records which do state I have early onset. Once everyone heard that they wanted copies....like LTD, SSA and my disability attorney. Someone has to do the leg work around here. NEVER use Staples for faxing. They screw you over!
