Good news: hand specialist doesn't think it's carpal tunnel. She did some test in the office that should have had me jumping out of the chair and there was... nothing. Not a twinge. She did it twice. Still nothing.

Bad news: There are 2 other nerves that it could be & the only way to find out which is thru a nerve conduction study like Tina had done. Fun, fun, fun. They're supposed to call me today to get that scheduled.

Pet peeve: Since I was going to be in Lex, I was on a mission to find some clothes that fit. So I got online & fed my measurements into the size charts for a few brands & made note of the what I shoudl wear so I could try them on in store & then,if they didn't have exactly what I wanted (since no one carries pants in store for short people), I could order online. EVERY TIME, the clothes in the stores didn't even come close to matching the size charts online. Example: Old Navy. Size chart says I should wear a size 24. (Yikes!) Couldn't find a 24 so I tried a couple pairs of 22 just for grins. And I could have fit my whole body in one leg. Found some size 20's to try. Still a bit big but would do. Tried 18's and they were uncomfortably tight. So I'm still afraid to order anything because there's no way of knowing if it will fit....

***sigh***

Gotta run to town & pick up prescriptions this morning & then I'll be on the mower all afternoon. Got a guy coming with a skid steer to do some grading & rock removal & fenceline clearing tomorrow.
