And you got me curious... I jsut ran my totals for the year. I've been BILLED $34,768 but the insurance formulary wrote off $6385 leaving a balance due of $28383. Of that $28383, they paid out 25353 and I paid the remaining 3000. That met my out of pocket maximum for the year so from that point on, any COVERED expenses incurred for the rest of the year will be paid at 100% of the contracted amount.
