The big international silhouette handgun shoot starts Saturday and runs thru the following Friday. I'll be getting the kitchen set up today & tomorrow and then it's GAME ON! 7 days of lunches plus a reception plus a banquet for approx 100 people.

I've never done anything like this before & somehow, I've ended up the head honcho in charge of all things kitchen.... Pray for me!!!!
