I just made an appt for bloodwork tomorrow morning. Lipid panel + HbA1C. Those will let me know if the diet I'm following (low carb, low sugar, low fat, low calorie) is working on my cholesterol and blood sugar levels. Should get the results some time Wed or Thurs.

I'm skipping the doctor - ordered the tests myself. Ins won't cover it but for $98 to not have to deal with Dr. Dickhead, it's worth every penny! So glad you can do this now!!!

p.s. The scales are stuck at 57 down at the moment. Seems like they get stuck every 5 lbs or so... Next week should kick it back into gear though - I'll be on my feet up & running from 7am - whenever every day starting this Friday thru the following Friday!
