I went to the dermatologist on Monday because these spots were appearing on my right arm and I wanted to make sure it wasn't skin cancer. Also had some spots on my face. Turns out they are seborrheic keratosis, which I've had removed before, by being sliced off. This derm used something in a can to freeze the spots (liquid nitrogen, I guess?). Takes a week or so for them to go away.
Funny part is, she saw the small pink spot on the bridge of my nose and wanted to slice it off and do a biopsy. I've had that spot for decades and I asked another derm if it was anything to be concerned about and was told no. She really sliced off quite a hunk - that's gonna leave a crater at the top of my nose.....oh, well.
