I caught a few hours dry yesterday afternoon & mowed the yard area (not behind the garage, the hills, or the bottom behind the house - they were all too wet). Put down 15# of lawn grass seed Sunday in hopes that it will grown and replace whatever the heck the contractors sowed last year. (Honest to God, I think they sowed WHEAT instead of grass! It's stiff & woody & grows like a weed & if you don't catch it, it sets these big huge seed heads...)

When the rain first started last week, the dogs were NOT happy campers. They were like "what is this crap???" where we'd been in a drought for so long. Now they're just like "oh well, so what if I get wet!)

Guess I don't have any excuses to not go work in the basement this afternoon... Hope the ROKU down there is working so I can stream somethng while I sort & clean!
