Yes! One time I was walking down the side of the house to go in the basement, not really paying attention to anything, and when I got to the corner of the house I ran right into a bear walking toward me! Maybe we were about 10 feet from each other. We each startled the other and both ran back where we started! I wish I had a video of that!

Sadly, we don't see bears much anymore. They keep having bear hunts in the fall, murdering them.
