I took advantage of teh wet & overseeded 15# of grass seed this morning. I'm pretty sure the contractors last year put down WHEAT instead of normal lawn seed. It's UGLY and you can't keep it mowed...

T & Meg are up at the river today and it's up over 30' from when I was there a few weeks ago. He said the house/camper are in no danger but it's almost up to the bottom of the steps that go down to the "beach."

This after we spent hours cleaning all the debris (trash & driftwood, etc.) off the beach when I was up there. It was kinda fun seeing what we could find though - I brought home several fishing lures that had washed up along with some really neat rocks!
