I want to plant potatoes this year. I do not have any raised beds BUT I have a two story deck that gets lovely sunshine. Also, this needs to be workable incase I have hand surgery. I could either use the stackable crates of the potato bags. I have not done this before. I was going to use an old fish tank but it holds too much moisture and I am not drilling a hole in it because I may want to go back to a bigger tank. Can someone please advise me? Thanks!
