I may splurge this weekend though & reward myself with a big juicy burger and fries!!!
In the meantime though, my average sleep per night has gone from 4 hours & 6 minutes back in August to 6 hours & 51 minutes this month.
And my average steps per day has gone from 4159 to 7533 (and I've broken 11,000 steps several times recently - just have to be careful to not get my tendons & joints any more inflamed than they already are).
And did I mention that I **FEEL** so much better?????
(How: very reduced carbs & fats, calorie intake restricted to under 1400 per day, and lots & lots of walking. I need to figure out how to up my protein more though without blowing the fat ratio - none of the advertised "protein" products consider that you might have to restrict fats & sugars as well.)
