to 35 at 5 today. Geesh! The Indiana towns to the SW of us got hit. With some very large hail and they think a tornado that took out a dollar store and did a lot more damage. We were watching the weather in the basement until 1 and then said to heck with it and went to bed. We were under a tornado watch until 2. So glad nothing bad came near us. I think the Michigan storm chasers had photos of the hail. It was very jagged looking. They said if anyone was outside it would actually cut them but I haven't seen reports of any injuries. I will take a good old fashioned late winter snowstorm over this nasty stuff! My sister woke up to freezing rain and ice up in Mount Pleasant.
