In Three Rivers, 30 minutes north of us, Menards lost their roof. And damage to homes, and the high school just as they were going home, but no injuries there. And Us 131 was closed down. They said it is really unusual to see still frozen lakes and a tornado at the same time. Next week looks dicey too with temp of 74 on Tuesday and then down to 27 on Thursday night and then back up over the weekend.
Reports are 3 dead in Union city over an hour northeast of us. We heard the tornado siren but it was such a beautiful day here we thought they were testing it! I looked at our HOA page and there was nothing about it. I guess if one part of the county gets a storm they use the siren for all parts. I did go in the basement with Ranger. Steve had gone for a short bike ride with no ID on him. I was ready to brain him!
