Either way, it's working. And I'm at that aggravating point where my pants are falling off but I don't want to buy anything new because I'm still dieting...
And my daily steps are up from averaging around 4000 that 1st month to around 6500 this past month.
I'll be having a new lipid panel (bloodwork) run next week so we'll see what's happening on the cholesterol front.
(Under protest, I saw the cardiologist the stupid GP referred me to this morning. He didn't see anything overly alarming but wants to re-do the bloodwork & run a couple of other tests since the bloodwork my rheumatologist did showed such high inflammation markers & I have an absolutely AWFUL family history of cardiac disease.)
