This CAN'T be right!!!

They finally posted the bill for 1/17 to 1/17. It shows that I "only" used 3128kwh for that time frame with a resulting charge of $370.29. But since I had over $300 left in my "levelized billing" surplus that I pay into monthly, I only "owe" something like $38 and my monthly payment will stay the same at $230. (I hope that makes sense - tried to explain it as best I could.)

There's just no way I used that little electric during all those days the supplemental heat was on & I was running space heaters as well. Is there??????
