but there are still a few where people go in to get coal to heat their own homes.
Back in the 70's/80's, there weren't as many helicopters and there weren't ANY drones so it was easier for them to sneak in & out. Some folks made a decent living mining out illegal coal & selling it to their neighbors cheaper than it could be bought from the "real" mines... Don't ask me how I know this!!
