I sure hope the meds help you out.
I just got my estrogen test results back & this is gonna be "interesting." Normal for post menopausal/post hysterectomy women is usually less than 10 pg/ml. Mine is 32.4 pg/ml.
So I guess low estrogen isn't part of my cholesterol problem (that still leaves Cortisol though) BUT high estrogen levels cause insomnia and insomnia can contribute to stress which contributs to cortisol which increases cholesterol...
I'm just shaking my head at this point & continuing to watch my intake & limit all things carb/sugar/fat!
