A salad bar,
Italian Wedding Soup (I can't remember which meat we set aside for this),
Pheasant Alfredo,
Elk Stroganoff,
Venison Lasagna,
Wild boar Pastalaya, and
Bison 7 layer dip.
Plus my desserts.
I think the head honcho said she's also going to pick up soem baguettes for sopping up all the delicious sauces.
We'll be TIRED by the time it's done Thursday night!!!
And then I'll be back out at the club Saturday to assist with new member orientation. We had over 170 applications this year for only 27 openings - there are lots of disappointed folks out there!!! (Hopefully at some point, I can find a few minutes to slip down to the pistol pits & try out my Christmas present to myself....)
