well, I get pretty anxious so yeah that is a possiblity. The neighbors are not nice. The good side is they won't call the police on us for barking because they have been into drugs. We called the police on him once when he was screaming and totally her car with a rock. We were afraid he was going to hit her. So they showed up four or five more times after that when other neighbors called on them.

Yes we give a verbal command first. The most frustrating thing is that he will act fairly decent with collar on but if we take it off all bets are off and he acts terrible and totally ignores us. So for a long time I quit using the collar because it seemed useless. Put the leash on him and dragged him in. If he even looked like he was going to mind he got praise.
The water hose would never work because the big goof loves to splash in it. He has chewed up sprinklers and hoses by dragging them across the yard or out of his pool. He grabbed a sprinkler right out of my hand once!
Yes both he and the other two dogs in back are territorial of their yards. They are Rottie mixes. But Ranger starts it.
One thing I don't like about this e collar is that it has to be put on quite tightly before he will react. So that is why we switched to him dragging his leash and grabbing him. Something was off tonight. He wanted to just get back in the house so must have been hearing something.
