and I'm glad! I can't imagine having to fly anywhere these days. I hate airports!

When Brian's mom was alive, we would go there on Christmas day for dinner and to open presents. It was quite a sight to see three big dogs and me sitting in the back seat and Kodi sitting up front in our Honda CRV! People would point and laugh when we pulled along side another car at a light. It was kinda chaotic but kinda fun.

Now we just have Brian's brother over for prime rib roast, mashed potatoes, sauteed mushrooms and asparagus. Brian is making an apple pie and I'm making a chocolate rum cake.

I might drive around this evening to look at xmas lights - just in our lake community. We got about 3 to 4 inches of snow overnight.
