The house repairs really did a number on my cash flow. None of it was covered by insurance. OUCH!!!!$$$$!!!!

I've got the winter to think about what I could afford & what I'd be comfortable with doing.

We'll see!!!

I just can't see myself sitting here the next 10 years, wishing I'd gone on & done it....
