One of the vets called me this morning at 7am to give me an update.

He said there had been no more vomiting overnight but she did have diarrhea around 1am. Whatever this is, it's important to keep her hydrated so she doesn't go into shock and die.

Thanks, Momo, for mentioning HGE - I've heard of that but forgot about it. Evidently it has been renamed "Acute Hemorrhagic Diarrhea Syndrome" (AHDS) I guess I hope that IS what she has because it's treatable.

She has to eat and keep it down for 12 hours before she can go home. They will do another CBC today to see if her white cells have come up.

They will call me again this afternoon with another update.
