So, in the car Harlee threw up a few more times. They took her in the back to get vitals and she threw up more. They did blood work, pancreatitis test (neg), x-rays (no blockage). Her white cells are very low but they don’t know why. Could be some kind of gastric infection or organ infection so she is on IV antibiotics. The Dr said it could even be leukemia. She was dehydrated, too. I figured that much. She will have fluids, metronidazole, pro-biotic, Omeprazole, sucralfate and Cerenia. She will be hospitalized 24 to 48 hours. This place is open 24 hrs so someone will be with her all night. I’m glad about that. She might also need an ultrasound.
