The guy who's kids have both scored out at the farm (and who took a buck of his own elsewhere) is still wanting to hunt so I told him to go on & drop a big doe for me if he gets a shot.

If he does, I'll have a local processor skin, cut & package it for me and then I can just pull packages out of the freezer to can/grind as needed. The cost is ridiculous but physically I can't process a whole deer by myself. My hands hurt too bad...

But it'd sure be nice to have a few more jars on the shelf & some more ground for cooking up soups & meatloaves & burgers!
