There were a few glitches at the hospital. Registration sent us to the wrong building and then the pre admission testing last week was supposednto have included an EKG. Oh and trying to start an IV when youve had nothing to drink and have pooped your brains out for over 12 hours isnt fun. But other than that, it went smoothly. No complications and the staff was extremely professional and helpful and concerned with my comfort. Soooo different from the one 9 years ago!!!!!

I was even able to eat as soon as we left the hospital (last time I was in so much pain I couldnt eat for a week). Kate brought me home and I borrowed into the couch and slept it off...

Just finished a soaking bath and, other than my innards being a little sore (and the spot where the IV was), I'm fine.

Doc only found a little diverticulosis (nothing major) and one tiny polyp. He doesnt think it's any big deal either but sent it off to the lab just to be sure. If he's right, I'm good to go for another 10 years!!!
