I think I told you about my friend with breast cancer who was confronted about using the women's restroom because she lost her hair to chemo & had to have a double radical mastectomy.

It happened again. And it was even worse.

She and her husband were signing up in person for a pistol competition last Sunday and when she got to the front of the line, the person doing the sign ups looked at her registration paper & rudely said "You don't look like a female!" My friend was like "Well, I am!!!!"

At which point this woman went absolutely off on her, ranting that they "don't allow cheaters & men aren't allowed to lie and compete against women here", etc.

Her husband stepped in & said somethng along the lines of "You will NOT talk to my wife like that!!!! And she is most definitely more of a woman than you'll ever be!!!!" The stupid woman still didn't back down.

Voices were being raised. My friend was crying... and her husband was LIVID. They ended up leaving while the crazy bitch was still ranting after them....

Y'all my friend cried again telling me about it.

I wish I'd been there. I wouldn't have left. And that woman would have eaten every hateful word that came out of her mouth.... I might have ended up in jail over it but after all my friend has been through (and is still going through), that crap wouldn't have flown.

The only reason her husband didn't escalate it further was because he was concerned with getting her out of the whole mess... she was crushed and borderline hysterical by that point. I get it - she came first. Which is why I wish I'd been there to kick some ignorant a$$!!!!! Who in the world hasn't heard of hair loss due to chemo?!?!?!?! And yes, her husband did tell this piece of crap that she was a cancer patient... She still insisted that Kim wasn't female...

She'd already decided to have breast reconstruction surgery but this really confirmed her decision to go through with it. She was waffling about putting herself through another surgery beforehand. What a crying shame that it took someone's ignorance and hatred to force her to undergo such an invasive procedure....
