this goofy old house for almost twice what it would sell for. And put our contents at $175,000 with no option to lower it. I mean, we don't even have that kind of stuff. Just give us %1000 each for clothes; replace the appliances, furnace and AC and a few pieces of the furniture and a tv, and call it good!
I wish they would let us have just $50,000 on contents. We want to downsize a lot of stuff anyway!
