I've been using My Fitness Pal to track what I've been eating and looks like my problem areas are mayonnaise and cheese. Thing is without paying for a full subscription, it doesn't show me how BAD the fats in those are, just that they're ridiculously high in fat & are the things that keep popping up on my chart, raising the numbers. I'd assume BAD but that's one of the things I want to ask about.
On the positive side, IF the scales here at home are at least consistent (and I've jumped on & off them several times and gotten the same readings), I appear to have lost almost 5 lbs. already. Fingers crossed!!!!
