It's open enrollment for my insurance (which is based off of hubby's retirement). Everything in the packet is based on HIM filling it out & then filing it online under HIS employee account. Guess what? He ain't here no more & they don't give surviving spouses an account.

I bet I ended sitting in their lobby again and refusing to leave until someone helps me file the the darned paperwork...
