Are some of those summer homes for NYC peeps?
We used to live on a lake (Klinger lake) here in the 60s. It is all huge homes now and you can't even get on it to swim now. Not even public access except for boats. My grandparents had to sell when the taxes got so high. It was so friendly back then. So different now.
