My cholesterol was 218 - normal is 199 or less.

A1C was 6.6% - normal is under 5.6%

I've made a pretty good mess of it. And as you know, it'll be harder to fix than it was to get in the mess in the 1st place!

I guess the good news is that the liver enzymes and kidney function both were fine. They were both a bit high back when I bloodwork done in June.
