I am not sure if I ever told anyone here or not. About six years ago, I was diagnosed with Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL). I have been on watch and wait (worry) for all of this time and not treated. It is a treatable but not curable blood cancer. I’ve been struggling as of late and went to the doctor yesterday. It seems that is time for treatment now. They did some additional testing and I meet with the doctor in 3 weeks to go over and discuss my options. The treatment is not chemo but in a pill form or combination of infusion. At least there several options. I read where Hulk Hogan had it. That isn’t what killed him. I am hoping it will help and I can feel better. I am so glad I am not working. Lots of going back and forth to the doctor which is about 2 hours a way in lovely Atlanta traffic. She is a specialist so I feel like I am in good hands. Thanks for listening and all of the support. It has been a rough year.
