It and extended release tylenol for arthritis (or it's generic equivalent) are all that keep my arthritic joints working. I take a pill form of diclofenac twice daily but it also comes over-the-counter as a topical (voltaren) that you rub onto affected joints.

I'm so sorry you're hurting. It's not any fun. The weather changes we've been having have really messed with me over the past week but as long as I remember my meds, I can mostly function.
