Okay, so it's basically swapping the piers that couldn't be done due to the footers sitting on bedrock for full waterproofing the entire front wall of the basement. Black mastic on wall, heavier in broken areas, plastic board over mastic, gravel at bottom of hole, followed by drain pipe, 6' more of gravel, and finally dirt.

I'm actually coming out slightly ahead based on the numbers I was given.

Still not happy with the way I was lied to (and vengeance will be mine - after all is said & done) but at least I'm getting what needs to be done DONE.

Between replacing the broken sewer line & the leaking water line, the trench across the front yard, new gutters, piers supporting the corner of the house that was broken all to heck, pilasters on the wall of the canning kitchen to keep it from bowing any more, and now the waterproofing, THAT DA** BASEMENT BETTER STAY DRY!!!!!!!!
