Makes me want to go smack that breeder up the side of her head!!!!!! She obviously cares more about the almighty dollar than putting all these dogs (and their owners) through a lifetime of pain!!!

I'm so sorry, Tina. I've had several of my rescues with bad hips, etc. and it really does break your heart.
