Several of teh ladies from the club & I went to an outdoor play at Pioneer Playhouse in Danville KY. I never even knew the place existed!!!!! But it was really good, professionally done show in spite of an absolute monsoon hitting just as we broke for intermission. Fortunately, they also have an indoor stage area & were able to relocate the 2nd half of the performance inside. They were lacking a lot of the props but it was still a good show. I'll definitely be going back in the future. (It's about a 45 minute drive.)

We were quite a mess.... Me (gimpy & clumsy as all get out), K (currently undergoing chemo, nauseous as heck with her bald head shining), T (still limping after knee replacement surgery & blind in one eye), and N (the most normal of us but still wearing facial scars from an abusive ex that plastic surgery can't quite conceal as well as being slightly hearing impaired). But we laughed & laughed & laughed! Lots of hugs, lots of risque jokes, and we can't wait to do it again!
