the brand we have now is Bradford White - supposed to be a better brand. The plumber was here and it turns out it's under warranty until Dec. of 2026. We still have to pay a service fee and installation fee.

He'll be here to install it tomorrow at 8am.

Remember my neighbor friend, Linda? She claims she still has the original water heater from when her house was built in 1978. I find that hard to believe but she insists it's true.
