Problem is I'm between GPs because mine died July 4th and the new one can't see me til September....

I've got his nurses passing messages & a blood pressure log back & forth though... Aggravating as hell to have to keep insisting that YES I TAKE MY DA** MEDICATIONS AS PRESCRIBED.... Dr. Hamilton knew I didn't mess around with blood pressure. Man, I miss him!!!!!
It's back down to a more manageable (but still high) level for now. 142/74
I've got a bad feeling that the new med my dermatologist put me on to try to get my psoriasis under control is what's causing the spike....
