he's being charged with carrying an unlicensed firearm. In DC, that's a felony offense, punishable with up to 5 years in jail. :-(
He & Tina are gonna need some serious prayers. Places like DC (and New Jersey) are known for "setting examples" with tourists/visitors who unknowingly violate their gun laws.
