WHAT THE HE**?!?!?!?!?!

I literally went to the NBC Montana news site, clicked share on a news article about an accident in Glacier National Park, and they shut EVERYTHING down, saying that I violated community standards.

I can't get to Messenger. I can't get to my Facebook account. I'm going to be heartbroken if I can't get it back.... all my contacts, my photos.... ALL MY MEMORIES!!!!!!! It even removed everything I've ever posted in our family group, family chats, messages between me & John.... EVERYTHING.....
