I think there may be a couple of butts still in the freezer in the basement. If so, I need to dig them out & get them smoked so I can can them as well.
As for the air fryer.... I've never heard of doing cookies in one so I have no idea how that would be done. I know the time would be much less than a regular oven due to the air/convection part of the cooking. I use mine many times a week. I use it to bake frozen biscuits (since I only use 2 at a time, it's not worth making up a whole batch of homemade any more), french-fries (of course), sausages/brats, occasional corn dogs, hamburger patties, etc. Even to crisp up bacon from the freezer (pre-cooked lightly before freezing). I've even tossed stale tortilla chips in a few times & let it run a couple fo minutes to crisp them back up.
I just got an air fryer cookbook off of ebay that has THOUSANDS of recipes in it. I can't wait to have time to actually sit down & go through it!
